ERASMUS ALEMANIA

 This morning, after breakfast, I went with my mother to buy the things she needed to make an apple pie. Afterwards, I helped her make it. It was actually quite easy to make. Later that afternoon, I went with two girls from my class to watch a volleyball game. The town team was playing. Also, during the break, a group did a dance. They finally won, and I went home.

Today we had another excursion with the Murcia group. This time to the Dachau concentration camp. We took the bus. A girl gave us a tour. She explained everything the prisoners did upon arrival and also what kind of people were imprisoned. Entering that place gave you a very bad feeling. It made me very sad to think about everything they did to them and the harsh working conditions they had. I learned a lot. We ate there and then went back home again.  

Today we didn't have regular classes; we had a field trip to Neuschwanstein Castle. The day before, some people from Murcia had come, as they were doing a week-long exchange. It was us, the people from Murcia, and their Germans. We had an hour and a half bus ride. When we arrived, it started snowing, and I was grateful I'd brought my umbrella. We went up to the castle. From a distance, it wasn't very visible because of the fog. They gave us a guided tour inside the castle and then gave us free time to eat. We took the opportunity to explore the town. After two hours, we returned home. 

   Today we had regular classes until 1:05 p.m. Since we didn't know what to do, Luna and I decided to go to Munich after class. We took the train, and after a 20-minute trip, we were at Marienplatz. We went to eat at a sushi restaurant we'd found online. Afterward, we shopped at one of the many stores there, like Zara, HYM, CYA, and Only. We bought several things and then decided to eat something at McDonald's and head home. We took the train again and were home again.

 This Saturday, my family decided to go to a water slide park. We arrived early, and upon entering, I was amazed. There were a lot of slides and pools. There was even a pool that you could go outside to. They all had warm water. In the morning, we went down the slides since that was when there were fewer people. I enjoyed it very much. Then we ate, and then we went to the pools. There were all kinds, from very cold ones to saltwater ones. When we went out to the pool, which was outside, it started snowing, and it was really strange to be in a swimsuit while it was snowing

 Today I got up at 9:00, had breakfast, and in the morning I started working on some homework I had for school in Spain. Then we ate at 12:30. This afternoon I had a birthday. I got ready and went to the town where it was being celebrated. The birthday party started at 18:00. After greeting several people I knew, we had dinner. There were many things to eat, and all of them were very good. After dinner, the party began. I had a great time and I'm very grateful for being invited.

  The fourth and final day in Berlin began with a visit to the Berlin Cathedral. It's a Protestant cathedral. It was very large and impressive. It had a huge dome that you could go up and see the entire city from above. Afterward, we bought several suvenirs for our families and went to eat at a restaurant. We didn't have any more time to visit the city because we had to take the train back home. This time it took four and a half hours instead of five because there were fewer stops. Once home, we had dinner and went to sleep.

  The third day in Berlin began with a visit to the Holocaust Memorial. This place represented all the Jews who died during this time. Being there created a bad feeling. We also took advantage of the opportunity to go to the museum that explains everything that happened. I found it very interesting and sad. Afterwards, we decided to go up the television tower. It's over 200 meters high, and we were able to enjoy views of the entire city. In the evening, we decided to go to a shopping mall and then to an optical illusion museum. I had a great time at the museum and laughed a lot at some of the optical illusions. Afterwards, we went to dinner and back to the hotel.

  Our second day in Berlin began with a trip to see the Berlin Wall, a very beautiful and interesting monument. We then went to a famous market. There you could find everything from clothing, souvenirs, and jewelry to food stalls. We took advantage of the opportunity to eat there. In the afternoon, we visited the Berlin Aquarium. There were all kinds of marine animals. The bad thing was that part of it was closed, so we didn't get to enjoy it. After a long day, we had dinner at an Italian restaurant and went to sleep  

Today the carnival holidays started. They last a week and i'm going to Berlin for four days. We had to take a train, like the ave in spain. after several stops and a 5 hour journey we arrived. We had to take another train to get to the hotel. We left our luggage and went for a walk. The hotel was in Alexanderplatz, the most famous square in the city. We walked around for a while visiting monuments like the Brandenburg gate and we went to have curry wurst for dinner, a sausage with curry sauce typical from berlin. To end such a long day we went to sleep.
